At Monkwow, we take pride in our high-quality products and rigorous quality checks. We use the best processes and materials available to ensure every product meets our standards. To support this commitment, we offer a one-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship from the date of receipt.
How to File a Warranty Claim: If you believe your product is defective, please contact us at support@monkwow.shop with a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt). We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, repair or replace the product, or issue a full refund including delivery charges.
Important Information:
- Proof of Purchase: Warranty claims require a valid proof of purchase. Without this, we cannot offer a warranty.
- Testing and Resolution: All warranty returns are tested in-house to ensure proper functionality. Sometimes, issues arise from unfamiliarity with the product. Please review the instruction manual or contact us before returning your item. If we determine that the product is functioning correctly, it will be returned to you.
- Warranty Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. It does not cover damages caused by negligence, misuse, or external devices from third parties.
Options Under Warranty: If a valid warranty claim is received, we will choose to:
- Repair the product with new or refurbished parts.
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit.
- Refund the purchase price of the defective product.
Exclusions:
- The warranty does not cover damages to other devices caused by third parties.
- It does not cover damages resulting from negligence, misuse, or the use of external electric devices.
