Shipping and Delivery Policy 

Shipping Locations: All purchases are shipped from our own warehouses located across various locations in India.

• Standard Delivery: We aim to deliver products within 7-10 days from the receipt of the order and successful payment.

• Custom Products: Delivery within 10-15 days (Customization takes a little longer).

• Delivery Period: The delivery period may be affected by the delivery address.

• Delivery Schedule: Order deliveries are made by our staff or third-party courier and logistics companies between 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday – Saturday.

• Acknowledgement on Delivery: Goods must be acknowledged upon delivery at the specified address. We are not responsible for acknowledgements given by any person other than the person who placed the order.

• Incorrect Addresses: Since transactions are authorized by the cardholder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.

• Claims for Shortages or Damages: All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to our customer service within one day of delivery through the "Contact Us" page on our web store.
