Eligibility for Returns and Replacements

Eligible Cases:

  • Wrong Item Received: If you receive an item that doesn’t match your order, you can request a replacement. An unboxing video is required to verify the discrepancy.
  • Defective or Damaged Item: If your item arrives defective or damaged, you can request a replacement. An unboxing video is required to verify the defect or damage.

Ineligible Cases:

  • Customer-Caused Damage: Items that have been damaged or washed by the customer are not eligible for return or replacement.
  • Packaging Issues: Items not returned in their original packaging (including the original box and inserts) will not be accepted.
  • Altered Condition: Items that are not in their original condition, such as those that have been worn or used, are ineligible for replacement.

Time Period for Returns

  • 5-Day Replacement Policy: You must initiate a replacement request within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • 5-Day Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item for store credit or exchange.

Return and Replacement Process

  1. Request a Return/Replacement: Contact us within the specified time period to initiate a return or replacement. Make sure to provide an unboxing video for verification.
  2. Inspection: Our team will review the video and inspect the returned item to confirm its eligibility.
  3. Processing:
    • Replacements: If approved, the replacement will be processed after inspection.
    • Refunds: Approved refunds will be credited to your in-store wallet as a discount code or gift card for future purchases. Refunds are processed within 7 days of approval.

Refunds and Credits

  • In-Store Wallet Credits: Refunds are generally issued as in-store credits (discount codes or gift cards) for future purchases on Monkwow.
  • Exceptional Refunds: Refunds to bank accounts or UPI are only granted in cases of severe delays or repeated issues with incorrect or damaged items.
  • Prepaid Orders: If a prepaid order fails delivery due to customer unavailability, refunds will be credited to your in-store wallet after deducting shipping fees.

Return Methods

  • In-Store Returns: Items can be returned directly at our store.
  • By Mail: Send items back to us via mail, using the return label provided at no additional cost.
  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.
